My baby, Anvesha, has the good judgment of around 10-12 songs. I mean to say that, she has a good idea about dhun round. I hardly finish humming the first line and she identifies the song, very easily. I feel it’s amazing, as she is just 20 months old.
I make her observe at home for around 15 to 20 minutes daily, which she enjoys a lot.
I even thought of giving her a professional training, but giving it a second thought.
Is she too small for the vocal classes? Or is this the right age to go for it?

Thats Smart.........
Now, here is something that I experienced last week and many other parents too must have gone through such happenings.
I, along with my husband and 20 months old baby went for a movie Tare Zameen Par last month.
Now the interesting part is, last week while doing my laundry, I was just singing the title song of TZP, and suddenly, my baby came to me and said, “ ishaan “. I could not understand what she wanted to say, (as she is just learning to speak) and neglected it, and got back to work again. Again that evening, while cooking, I sang the same song, and she repeated the same word “ ishaan “, I asked her, what? She said, “ Ma, Ishaan Bhaiya “. (as she is in the habit of saying bhaiya and didi to everyone.) It was only then when I realized that it was the name of the main child artist in that movie..I was really really surprised, and the reason of me being surprised was that - Throughout the movie, our baby was either busy munching popcorns or sleeping. I guess, not even for a minute did she watch the movie carefully, except for the songs.
Now is this power of subconscious mind?
I guess, these days’ children are born with an electronic chip in their brains. What say?
